We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.

Job Summary :

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Materials Coordinator.

Role responsibilities :

• Including but not limited to :
• Reports directly to the Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager for job related items. Reports to Assistant Director of Reconstruction or Director of Reconstruction otherwise.
• Evaluates job details including photos, scope, and components needed for a project prior to visiting the site.
• Reports any missing items from Xactimate scope to the Assistant Project Manager for supplemental documentation.
• Works with Assistant Project Manager to coordinate selection of finished materials with customers.
• Reports cost-overruns to Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager to determine if a Change Order should be presented to the customer before a purchase is made.
• Works directly with customers or Assistant Project Manager to prepare and present paint schedule for sign-off.
• Coordinates sign-off of finished materials with customers after receiving approval from Assistant Project Manager that presented materials are compatible with their intended purpose.
• Solicits and maintains vendor supply relationships for finished materials.
• Presents visual design presentations to assists clients in selection.
• Develop and maintain in-house showroom for samples and materials.
• Create excel material selection log for Project Managers to order from.

Role qualifications :

• 3 years of relevant experience in construction preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Calendar, composing emails, QuickBooks
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
